An Essential Step

Hope Cares focus is on emergency relief and outreach.

The Outreach Program is centered around assessing the needs of chronically homeless individuals and providing them with the resources and services that will ultimately move them towards permanent housing.

Outreach is an essential step towards meeting people experiencing long-term or multiple episodes of short-term homelessness and developing the critical relationships necessary for supporting the transition to stable housing.

Currently, Hope Partnership distributes food every Wednesday from 9 am - 12 pm at 2420 Old Vineland Road. In 2020, Hope Partnership provided meals to almost 40,000 heartbeats, distributed roughly 56 tons of food, sheltered 32 homeless neighbors from cold temperatures, and 13 chronically homeless neighbors moved to permanent supportive housing.
