An Essential Step
Hope Cares focuses on relief and outreach, helping chronically homeless individuals access resources and services that lead to permanent housing. In 2024, over 5,830* people received support through Hope Cares Day, a weekly event offering hot meals, showers, ID assistance, and healthcare.
Held every Monday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (except for Federal Holidays) at 2420 Old Vineland Rd., Kissimmee, FL, it's a day filled with community for our neighbors experiencing poverty and homelessness.

Hope Partnership opened its second mobile shower trailer in October for people they serve, and this second unit also includes a laundry station.
