
Hope Partnership has limited resources available to provide financial assistance to prevent households from experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Hope Partnership can only review a limited number of applications per month. Once we reach the maximum number of requests, we will temporarily stop accepting new applications until the following month.

This pathway is intended for households living in hotels/motels without sufficient resources to apply for stable housing. Applicants must provide documentation showing previous payment history at the hotel/motel, income verification, and new rental unit information.
Program Qualifications:
-Must Reside in Osceola County for 6 months
-Must provide proof of income at least 2 times the rental you are seeking
-Must earn 80% of the Area Median Income or less
-Must have a Florida ID or other valid identification
-Must not have received assistance from Hope Partnership in the past 12 months
-Must have documented loss of income or unexpected expense
-Must have a housing unit identified with a welcome letter
This pathway is intended for households at imminent risk of homelessness due to an unexpected financial crisis. Applicants must provide documentation verifying income, new housing information, and proof of crisis.
Program Qualifications:
-Must Reside in Osceola County for 6 months
-Must provide proof of income at least 2 times the rental you are seeking
-Must earn 80% of the Area Median Income or less
--Must have a Florida ID or other valid identification
-Must not have received assistance from Hope Partnership in the past 12 months
-Must have documented loss of income or unexpected expense
-Must have a housing unit identified with a welcome letter

This pathway is intended for households currently experiencing homelessness and are willing to relocate to a confirmed support system outside of Central Florida. Contacts will be verified before assistance is provided.
Program Qualifications:
-Must not have received assistance from Hope Partnership in the past 12 months
-Must have confirmed housing and an identified support person at the destination who has agreed to receive the participant.
-If there are minors in the household birth certificates are required for all minors.
--Must have a Florida ID or other valid identification
-If there are minors in the household DCF checks will be completed.
