At Thrive, we have two pathways into housing depending on someone's situation:

Supportive Housing (Program Participants):
Some units at Thrive are reserved for individuals connected through referral-based supportive housing pathways. In these cases, rent expectations vary based on program structure and level of support, with some residents contributing a portion of their income.Eligibility and referrals are determined through partner programs and coordinated systems.For individuals connected to a supportive housing program, rent is income-based.

Non-Program Units (50% AMI):
For those not in a program, we do have units available at 50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Rent is $922/month, plus a $28 flat utility fee (water, gas, and electric; internet coming soon). There is also a security deposit equal to 50% of one month’s rent.
Our goal is to create clear, accessible pathways into housing—meeting people where they are while keeping the process straightforward and transparent.

Our Vision

What began as the aging Crown Motel on Highway 192 is now becoming Thrive Studios — Hope Partnership’s commitment to being part of the solution in a community facing an urgent housing crisis. After purchasing the motel, we reimagined each room as a dignified, trauma-responsive studio apartment where neighbors can access stability, connection, and the support they need to thrive. Thrive Studios reflects what we believe is achievable when care, creativity, and community come together: a place where people can move toward a future rooted in hope.
